Purchase of 60 Sloane Avenue
60 Sloane Avenue is purchased for £129m. The property is acquired by a registered company called 60SA Limited with a loan from Deutsche Bank. 60SA Limited was indirectly owned by Athena Capital Real Estate and Special Situations Fund I (“REF”), a sub-fund of Athena Capital Fund SiCAV-FIS S.C.A, itself managed and directed by WRM Capital Asset Management S.a.r.l, of which Mr. Mincione is one of the directors.
